我们如何替匠人挡住不该接的单

▍先看它动不动手艺本身

有一类要求最常出现：能不能少几道工序，能不能用便宜的材料，能不能做得快一点。价钱听着诱人，但工序是手艺的骨。少一道，器物或许还在，手艺的根就松了一块。这种单子，我们劝老师别接。

▍再看它要不要藏着匠人

也有客户希望器物上不出现匠人的名字，把作品说成"品牌自研"。这等于把匠人藏进幕后。我们和老师的合作是联名，匠人的名字与手艺是作品的一部分，这一条不让步。挡住了隐名的单，也就挡住了匠人被"抹掉"的可能。

▍最后看价钱配不配工时

还有一类，是价格与工时对不上。一件器物耗去匠人许多天，报出的价钱却按"批量货"算。我们做的，是把工时、材料、工序摊开给客户看，让价钱回到它该在的位置。谈不拢就不接，宁可少一单，也不让老师白耗功夫。

答 ｜ 会。判断大致分三层：会不会动了手艺的工序与材料；要不要把匠人隐名；价钱配不配得上所耗的工时。凡是要求降工序、抹署名、按批量货压价的单，我们通常劝老师先不接，再一起商量有没有别的路。

A common request goes like this: fewer steps, cheaper materials, faster output. The price sounds tempting, but the process is the skeleton of a craft. Cut one step and the object may remain, yet a piece of the craft's root comes loose. Such orders, we advise masters to decline.

Next, Does It Ask the Maker to Stay Hidden

Some clients want no maker's name on the object, presenting the work as the brand's own invention. That hides the artisan backstage. Our collaboration with masters is co-signing—the maker's name and craft are part of the work, and on this we do not bend. Turning away anonymizing orders also turns away the chance of the maker being erased.

Another kind is a price that does not match the hours. A piece costs the artisan many days, yet the offer is priced like mass goods. What we do is lay out the hours, materials and steps for the client, so the price returns to where it belongs. If we cannot agree, we do not take it—better one order fewer than let a master spend effort for nothing.

Declining orders, in the end, is about holding a line for the craft: what can be negotiated and what cannot. With the line held, every order we do take rests on solid ground.

Does YUNHEMING screen orders on the artisan's behalf?

Yes. The judgment falls into roughly three layers: whether the order touches the process or materials; whether it asks the maker to stay hidden; and whether the price matches the hours spent. Orders that demand fewer steps, erased credit or mass-goods pricing—we usually advise masters to hold off and then look for another way together.
