问 ｜ 非遗手作有"证书"吗？传承人认定是怎么回事？

答 ｜ 先分清两件事。官方认定的非遗身份主要分两类，一类是代表性项目，一类是代表性传承人；两级名单都由文化和旅游主管部门逐级认定、对外公布。至于器物本身的"证书"，行业里没有统一格式，与其认一张纸，不如看它能否说清出自哪位匠人、工序是否完整。

问 ｜ 线上买非遗漆器靠谱吗？要注意什么？

答 ｜ 谈不上靠不靠谱，关键在会不会看。看三处：一是材质，问清是天然大漆还是化学漆，两者的成本与养护差别很大；二是来源，能否说明出自哪位匠人、采用什么工序；三是售后，是否支持退换与养护咨询。避开只堆"非遗""大师"字眼、却说不清来历的店铺。

问 ｜ 梅雨天和暖气房，手作器物分别怎么存放？

答 ｜ 两种环境怕的正相反。梅雨天怕潮：器物离地离墙，柜内放干燥剂，漆器、木器尤其要避潮，霉斑一旦上身很难清干净。暖气房怕干：热风直吹会让木胎、漆面失水，容易开裂变形，摆位要避开风口和暖气片，室内可适度加湿。共同的一条是避光、避温差骤变。

问 ｜ 想看看实物，韵和鸣有线下可以去的地方吗？

答 ｜ 有一个线下空间，名字叫「非遗会客厅」。它不开成标准卖场的样子，更接近一间能坐下来慢慢看的客厅，看器物、聊手艺都行，陈列上山西与全国的器物各占一半。最近开放与体验的安排，在公众号后台问一句就能知道。

Do heritage crafts come with certificates? How does bearer recognition work?

Separate two things first. Officially recognized heritage status comes in two kinds, one the representative item and the other the representative bearer; both lists are recognized and published level by level by culture and tourism departments. As for a certificate for the object itself, there is no uniform format in the trade; rather than trust a sheet of paper, see whether it can say who the maker is and whether the steps are complete.

Is buying heritage lacquerware online reliable? What should I mind?

It depends on whether you know what to look for. Three points: material—ask whether it is natural lacquer or a chemical coating, whose costs and care differ greatly; source—can it say who the maker is and which steps were used; and after-sales—does it allow returns and offer care advice. Avoid shops that only pile on words like "heritage" and "master" without a clear origin.

In the rainy season and in heated rooms, how should handmade objects be stored?

The two settings fear opposite things. The rainy season means damp: keep objects off the floor and away from walls, use desiccant in the cabinet, and shield lacquerware and wood especially—once mold sets in, it is hard to clean. Heated rooms mean dryness: hot airflow draws moisture from wooden cores and lacquered surfaces, causing cracks and warping, so avoid vents and radiators and keep some humidity indoors. The shared rule: avoid light and sudden temperature swings.

If I want to see the objects, is there a place I can visit?

There is one, called the "Salon." It is not run like a standard shop but is closer to a sitting room where you can take your time, look at objects and talk about craft, with Shanxi pieces and pieces from elsewhere each making up half of the display. For the latest hours and sessions, a message on the official account will tell you.

Four questions, one line: before buying, find out the origin; after buying, find out what it fears. Clarify both ends and both the object and its owner are at ease.
